I’d like to share my latest stretching exercise video with you. This is a top notch exercise for stretching out the Gluteal muscles of the buttock area. It’s also somewhat helpful if you suffer from a piriformis muscle issue such as a “piriformis spasm”. Your Chiropractor may have even told you that you have a painful condition known as “Piriformis Syndrome” which can send radiating symptoms down one of your lower extremities thus mimicking a lumbar disc herniation. This #GluteStretch could be somewhat helpful for #PiriformisSyndrome too.
We can also perform a variation of this #exercise which is excellent for targeting the calf muscles and stretching the hamstrings to some degree as well.
